Patricia Freres is a Luxembourg soprano with an unusual emotional and expressive presence who brings a natural impulse to her singing.
Patricia Freres has developed a broad vocal and stylistic palette, ranging from classical-romantic opera to contemporary experimental musical theater and staged song cycles.
In parallel with these stage and musical productions, Patricia Freres has developed a wide range of concert activities with song programs and aria programs, during which she convinces both the public and the critics with her vocal expressiveness.
Patricia Freres has played several leading roles, including:
Pamina from WA Mozart's "The Magic Flute".
Gretel, later the mother of E. Humperdinck's "Hänsel & Gretel".
She performed the role of Cio Cio San from G. Puccini's opera "Madama Butterfly" at the Greek Opera Festival 2016 in Thessaloniki.
As Manon from the opera of the same name she sang G. Puccini for the first time in 2015 in the series "Opera Pasticcio" with the Grammy-nominated chamber ensemble of the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
