After meeting Christophe this summer, I was deeply impressed by his ability to accurately identify the sources of a person's problems and to resolve them clearly and effectively. Christophe Mazel is an actor, therapist and trainer. Through an innovative approach combining elbow rods, theater and the enneagram, he helps people find peace with their past and reveal their creative talents.

**Individual treatment process:**

1. **Identifying the problem**: You start by expressing a specific request or wish, whether it is a personal, professional or emotional problem.

2. **Discovery of the origin of the blockage**: Using the bent rods, Christophe receives a symbol which reveals the origin of the blockage in the invisible, that is to say in the unconscious.

3. **Lighting and releasing**: We then explore moments in your life related to this symbol, allowing you to make sense of past experiences and release emotional blockages. This step often includes an emotional cleansing followed by a shift in consciousness, facilitating the transition to a state of inner peace and understanding of your experiences.

4. **Work on personality with the enneagram**: In the second part of the treatment, we use the figure of the enneagram to analyze and understand the mechanisms of your personality. Christophe will give you concrete ways to get out of the unconscious patterns that push you to repeat the same mistakes, allowing you to live in a more conscious and fulfilled way.
