The France Bleu market tour stops in Thionville on Saturday, September 21, on Rue du Manège and Place Hugo. At each stop, meet the France Bleu team at the heart of the market, with a mobile studio and fully-equipped kitchen for a two-hour live broadcast between 9 am and 11 am. For each broadcast, a regional chef is our guest to take on a challenge focused on local cuisine. With 30 euros, they will shop at the market and create a menu - starter, main course, and dessert - for 4 to 6 people. Market visitors are then invited to taste what the chef has prepared.
