Join us and experience the life-changing benefits of Breathwork on October 5, 2024!

I will be hosting this transformative Breathwork workshop in collaboration with Joël Jégo, an experienced Breathwork coach with over 14 years of expertise and the representative of France for six consecutive years at the International Breathwork Foundation. His extensive experience and deep knowledge of Breathwork make this workshop an exceptional opportunity for growth and healing.

On the program:
- Diaphragmatic breathing exercise to recognize how you breathe.
- Analysis of your breathing rhythm.
- Experience the transformative power of breathing with 3 breathing sessions.
- Presentation of the 3 levels on which the Respire Plus method works and the benefits of practicing it daily.
- Intention: the use of objectives for our breathing sessions.
- Sharing experiences and questions
