A naughty chat about the amazing intelligence of flowers
On the Sexuality of Orchids is a lecture-show during which Sofia Teillet, an actress disguised as a lecturer, discusses and digresses about the reproduction of the orchid: how the male sex (pollen) meets the female sex (pistil). This seemingly simple act turns out to be a complex and technical operation. And against all expectations, its detailed analysis allows us to learn a little more about a whole bunch of things, such as the vanity of the tyrannosaurus, the invention of pétanque, the amorous model of the abyssal anglerfish, and the meaning of life (not the meaning of life... although).
