Jean Luc Tartarin's art has been built around mental images, allowing him to better "capture reality" and break free from the motif to access the spirit of abstraction. From his early works to the large color pieces where a quasi-pictorial exploration of the very material of the image is affirmed, this exhibition features forty-four pieces from the Entre(s) series (2004-2016) alongside black and white silver prints from Arbres (1984-1988). A retrospective vision, offering insight into a unique journey constantly marked by the invention of new forms.
