Ukrainian prisoners of war in Russian captivity are facing violations of international humanitarian law, and being deprived of basic rights including medical care and communication with their families. They become victims of violence, torture, and humiliation.
This demonstration is part of a series of protests around the globe initiated by "Благодійний фонд Серце в дії" and aims to compel the international community – the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), and the International Criminal Court (ICC) – to take decisive action and compel Russia to adhere to its international obligations.
