A group of brilliant scientists have developed a form of psychotherapy with the invention of a machine that allows one person to enter the dreams of another. When the device is stolen by a "dream terrorist," it's up to Atsuko Chiba, a scientist codenamed Paprika, to recover the device and save the world from madness.
