A new all-levels workshop for those over 55, non-professionals, will take place at TROIS C-L with artist Aurore Gruel! "From sign to dance, from solo to group" For this 55+ MOVERS workshop, Aurore invites you to dive into your creative universe by experimenting with an alphabet of danced signs and exploring a choreographic approach inspired by sharing, collaboration, and process. Program: - Work on the body in motion - Collective choreographic composition - Experimentation with elements from her latest solo É-Élément, which will be presented on November 23, 2024, at TROIS C-L as part of the next HORS CIRCUITS. After a rich journey in contemporary dance and philosophy, Aurore Gruel continues an engaged artistic approach, where the body becomes a vector of instinctive and musical poetry, free from boundaries and classifications. This workshop takes place in an informal environment and is specially designed for dance enthusiasts (with or without dance practice) over 55.
