A family-friendly Christmas market with activities for everyone – whether you're attending with family, friends, or even your furry companions. The market opens on 1 December at 3pm and runs through to 15 December, with weekend openings starting at 3pm each day. Enjoy a mix of food stalls, entertainment, and festive crafts, making it a perfect spot for a cozy winter outing.
Since it's my own hometown, I announce this Christmas hike in advance! We are not going for the opening day, but the Saturday after, Dec 7. We are going to do the same trail as in the summer, 15km, mostly flat then arriving back to Hesperange's city center to visit the Christmas market. The hike itself is doable in 3 hours tops even with a slow pace, so we should be back to Hesper by 3:00 PM. This is going to be my last hike for the year, so regardless of the weather or how many come, the hike will be kept. Lunch break is not planned; we will try the food in the market. See you in December.
Good to know
Meeting spot: AM Keller bus stop (from LUX direction). Meeting time is 12:00 PM. No need for hiking sticks for this one. Let's hope for some snow!
