Consciousness exercises for the body and mind
In everyday life, we often focus our attention on external things and seek solutions or energy sources outside. However, in reality, we already have many resources within us. These guided exercises aim to direct attention and awareness inward through conscious breathing. We learn to feel our body, listen to what's happening inside us, and release tensions. This fosters a positive connection with our body, enabling us to anchor ourselves in our daily life with strength and energy. The exercises can be performed either lying down or sitting.
