Awareness exercises for body and mind
In everyday life, we often focus our attention on external things and seek solutions or energy sources outside. But in reality, we already carry many resources within us. These guided exercises aim to direct attention and awareness inward through conscious breathing. We thus learn to feel our body, listen to what is happening inside us, and release tensions. This fosters a positive connection with our body, allowing us to anchor ourselves in our daily lives with strength and energy. The exercises can be done either lying down or sitting. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. A blanket and a small cushion can also be helpful to enhance comfort. The course is led by Lisa Kollwelter, a physiotherapist and Shiatsu practitioner.
