Exploring and embodying consent

We hear and read a lot about consent, but ideas alone are not enough to make it a fully embodied experience. This workshop offers a space for learning and exploration, where you can feel, experience, and gain a deeper understanding of what consent truly means to you through your own sensations.

The Wheel of Consent is a powerful tool that guides us toward greater clarity, awareness, and autonomy in our intimate interactions.

What you will learn:

How to recognize a clear “yes” or “no” in your body?
How to make decisions that match your felt experience?
What does it mean to trust your body's intuition?
How to distinguish between true desire and response to external expectations?
How to express your needs, limits and desires authentically?
How do you ensure your contact is welcome and appropriate?
