I Am Not Your Negro (Raoul Peck - 2017)
This film, which has been nominated numerous times and awarded including the César for Best Documentary, paints a historical portrait of racism in the United States. Through the words and writings of African American writer James Baldwin, Raoul Peck offers a film that revisits the social and political struggles of African Americans over the last few decades.
For this March, Ciep offers to continue this cycle by focusing on the theme of racism starting with Raoul Peck's film "I Am Not Your Negro." After the screening of this document, we will welcome a facilitator from the CRIL - Regional Integration Centre of the province of Luxembourg.
