Where is the path?
Set in a dystopian rural England, we follow the story of William Bloor, a young man commissioned by the state to investigate Samuel and Judith Covey's farm, suspected of being infested with foxes. In this oppressive world, these animals are considered dangerous enemies, capable of ruining crops and threatening social order, and must be eradicated at all costs. In the course of his investigation, William discovers a world of hidden tensions, buried secrets and blind beliefs. A gripping story in which each character fights for survival in an environment where the truth is as elusive as a fox in the night.
Dawn King is a British playwright acclaimed for her ability to create intriguing worlds and tackle contemporary social issues with remarkable psychological depth. With Foxfinder, she explores themes of manipulation, government control and the fragility of perceived reality, while leaving audiences to reflect on human nature and the destructive power of collective fear.
