We are delighted to offer you a special menu to celebrate Easter.
On Easter Sunday, our regular menu will be replaced by a spring culinary experience consisting of 6 different dishes.
Easter Menu - €84 per person (excluding drinks):
- Appetizers from the kitchen
- "Red Label" - Salmon
Radish and Popcorn
- Poultry sweets
Risotto with peas and Ibérico ham
- Wild strawberries with Gin Sloe
- Turbot fillet with kaffir lime leaves, spinach and cauliflower ravioli

Smoked veal fillet mignon, grilled asparagus and morel jus
- Our version of lemon tart, verbena caramel
