% 100 arabica, 100% natural, from the Rwenzori mountains or other parts of East Africa, Kelsey opened her cafe after many trips to Africa where she discovered 'a whole new perspective of what it means to grow ethical coffee'.

At Florence, or 'The caffeine club' as Kelsey uses to call it, the goal is, and will always be, to support local ethical practices.

They also prepare lunches to eat on the go between noon, with ... wait for it! ... products grown in their own garden! We love the concept!
