At the 2024 Avignon Festival, the talented director of the Angers National Center for Contemporary Dance, Noé Soulier, signed A new creation with harpsichordist Maude Gratton and her musical ensemble il Convito. A journey through the works of Johann Sebastian Bach with extracts from the unfinished The Art of Fugue, The Musical Offering and sonata movements. The choreographer continues his exploration of a story revealing the implicit discourse of movement, joining the work around the interior architecture of music which animates musicians who listen to the gesture.
