Introduction à la motricité naturelle activités psychomotrices dans la nature
In this continuing education on the theme of Natural Motor Skills, two areas are judiciously combined - Movement and Nature. Participants receive an overview of Psychomotricity as a global motor education aimed at promoting the whole personality of children and the various possibilities of implementing it in the "motor space" of Nature. The first focus of this continuing education is on the basics of Psychomotricity. It should be emphasized that Movement is the first and most basic form of expression of the child and is therefore an essential means of promoting its development. These are motor and sensory experiences that allow the child to establish a connection with himself and his environment. Through varied motor experiences, children gain self-confidence and thus develop their body concept which, as part of the self-concept, constitutes a fundamental basis for the development of self-confidence, personal effectiveness and social skills. A careful relationship with one's own body and a realistic assessment of one's own abilities are an important condition for well-being in early childhood. The second focus is on nature as a space of experience, which offers a wonderful place for the child to play, in which there is much to discover, explore and learn. The diversity of nature offers ever-changing and new fields of experience, which contribute to the child's development.
