You want to learn more about Inside Flow? Level up and understand the science of music? You want to challenge yourself and learn more about being, moving and teaching on beat? We will focus on:
- Moving on beat
- How to cue on beat
- Understanding the science of music: Song structure, song breakdown
- Song analysis
- Understanding how to combine yoga and music.
SPANDA: Pulsation - Inhale / Exhale. Practice cueing, teaching one another.
This workshop is especially for teachers, future teachers and everyone wanting to understand how to combine music and yoga.
Price: 105 euros for both days (6 hours of workshop in total). At least 8 participants are required for this workshop to take place. 2 x3 TRCS if you registered on insideflow.com.
