Éloïse, a student, arrives to rent an apartment. The offer is enticing, without suspecting that this haunted apartment is difficult to rent. Éloïse quickly feels strange phenomena. And for good reason: Arnaud tries to scare her, as he has done with all previous tenants. Hugo will do everything to keep control of this apartment. Yes, everything! Even trying all techniques to get rid of a ghost. However, Arnaud becomes fond of Éloïse, who has a musical ear and feels his music. Hugo also falls under Éloïse's charm, who finds herself torn between one, in flesh and blood, and the other who is just a spirit. Arnaud, jealous of Hugo, will set traps and schemes for him. An original comedy where the audience sees and hears much more than the characters.
