Marinos is an EU qualified lawyer and a doctoral researcher for the University of Luxembourg specializing in the intersection of AI and law, with a focus on Generative AI use-cases in financial services. His presentation will explore the AI Act and the AI Liability Directive, discussing their implications for businesses, developers, and consumers. We'll examine key provisions, potential legal challenges, and the evolving landscape of AI governance in the EU.
The event is hosted by Ceren Tosun (IT Security and Compliance Manager - CBRE), Catalin Tiganila (ISACA Board Member, IT Security and GRC Independent Consultant), and Salijona Dyrmishi (Trustworthy AI Researcher - University of Luxembourg).
