Conference - Bioacoustics - On the trail of biodiversity
Digital methods of audio recording and analysis of acoustic signals open up new possibilities for recording biodiversity. Practical examples are used to present the application of long-term recording combined with artificial intelligence methods for issues relevant to nature conservation.

Doctorate at Lomosov University in Moscow. 1987 research associate at the Humboldt University in Berlin. 1995 at the Museum of Natural History in Berlin. Scientific director of the animal sound archive and director of the bioacoustic laboratory. Research on various aspects of bioacoustics.
