As part of the Villerupt Italian Festival, these two films will be screened at the Kufa (one at 6:30 p.m., one at 8:30 p.m.) on November 7:
6:30 PM SCREENING: IL TUTTOFARE: Antonio Bonacore (Guglielmo Poggi) is a lawyer and intern for Salvatore Balastella (Sergio Castellitto), a master of the bar, whose partner he hopes to become one day. In the meantime, he is really his factotum: assistant, but also briefcase carrier, driver and occasional cook, all for free. Because the office belongs to Titti (Elena Sofia Ricci), Salvatore's wife, she manages everything and she is rather stingy. But hope keeps you alive. Antonio obtains his aptitude diploma for the profession of lawyer and sees the future in rosy light. Soon he will be able to become Salvatore's partner, who asks him for one last favor, next to nothing, that he marry Isabel (Clara Maria Alonso), his Argentinian mistress, to obtain Italian nationality for her. Just a signature, a small formality. Antonio lets himself be convinced. He is wrong...
8:30 PM SCREENING: TROPPO AZZURRO: Dario (Filippo Barbagallo) is 25 years old, he lives in Rome, with his parents (Valeria Milillo, Valerio Mastandrea), a pampered only son. A fairly comfortable life despite his bumpy studies. It's summer, his parents are going on vacation and, for the first time, he decides to stay home alone. Having to improvise a dinner, he burns himself, clumsy as he is, and ends up in the emergency room. Caterina (Alice Benvenuti), a pretty, spontaneous brunette who has sprained her ankle, is also waiting. They become friends, go out together, etc. A student, she lives in a shared apartment and has to go back to her parents in Rimini. Would he come with her? The next morning she waits for him in vain... Dario is dreaming of Lara (Martina Gatti) whom he met at a friend's house, but who ignores him... until the day when chance makes them cross paths. The story starts well, he introduces her to his friends and decides to go with her to Lisbon. The day before their departure, his friend Sandro invites them to dinner to introduce him to a new conquest, who is none other than... Caterina. But when will this indecisive man decide to take the plunge?
