The anniversary of an emblematic building! For the 120th anniversary of the Temple Neuf in Metz, (re)discover this building through exhibitions, conferences and choir where "welcoming others" will be the main theme.

Conferences – testimonials:

Each conference will be punctuated by live musical breaks, chosen by Marianne REBOUCHE, music professor at the Metz Conservatory.

"Welcoming the other": we are not Robinson Crusoe, each on his own island: we are relational beings. But what happens when we meet another person? Why do we have so much trouble welcoming the other as he or she is? What are the obstacles to a true encounter, and what are the vectors of mutual welcome? What if there was the other in me, and the self in the other? And in this case, welcoming the other, is it not a way of welcoming oneself? We propose to reflect on the conditions and limits of living together, in order to outline a life path that has more meaning and flavor.
