Jean Back, who became interested early in photography, drawing, and film, will read texts about the Minett with Christiane Kremer. After his years at the Esch Boys' High School, Jean Back started working at the Ministry of Family. In 1985, he moved to the Ministry of Culture, contributing to the establishment of the Centre national de l'audiovisuel (CNA), which he led until February 2016. His only photography exhibition, 'Lieux et Portraits au Bassin Minier', was presented in 1989 at the Galerie Nei Liicht in Dudelange. His first novel, 'Wollekestol', a tribute to his hometown Dudelange, was published in 2003 by Editions ultimomondo. He has since published several books, including 'Amateur', now translated into seven languages. Jean Back received the European Parliament Prize for his short story 'Europäesch Wolleken'. Christiane Kremer, a journalist and former presenter at RTL, has written cabaret texts, plays, short stories, children's books, and a novel.
