Éliane Radigue by Louis-Michel Marion
In response to the exhibition Cerith Wyn Evans, Louis-Michel Marion plays the 5-string double bass and the 7-string viola da gamba. He approaches these assemblages of wood, strings, and horsehair as uncharted territories from which to extract a sound material to sculpt. Fascinated by the music of Éliane Radigue, he creates several pieces from his monumental cycle "OCCAM OCEAN".
