With protégée, their new album, the two brothers of Terrenoire map out in 14 tracks, a world of incandescence and shadows, where the concern for others reigns. For six years, Terrenoire has worked on their music like a sensitive and eruptive land, made of electronic and organic textures, lyrics like clues, both direct and subtle, and melodies that linger. It is music of today, popular and demanding, where different musical genres are entwined. Chords hover, refrains set in, machines converse with string instruments. Above all, a voice seems to look us in the eye.
