Who says string quintet says doubling of one of the instruments
constituting the quartet. For his String Quintet KV 516, it is the viola, his favorite, that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart chooses. An atypical line-up that Claus-Christian Schuster, moderator of this “Face-à-Face” concert, will not fail to return to, in German, surrounded by the musicians of the Simply Quartet and the violist Sào Soulez Larivière, also a “Rising star” this season.
