How can a free society that celebrates differences be won over by intolerance and dogmatism? The Luxembourgish director Carlo Vogele will present his new animated short film adapted from the famous short story Matin Brun by the French writer and poet Franck Pavloff, and produced (or co-produced) by Doghouse Films, Luxembourg. With the help of his producer David Mouraire, Carlo Vogele will present, during this masterclass, the challenges of translating the text into animated images, a text which is also a reflection on the ideological process that, from small compromises to larger cowardice, leads us to sacrifice our most precious freedoms.
