For one week, the entire GANG will live to the rhythm of Japan! Our Asia corner menu will feature new specialties, as will the Beer and Barista corners. Enjoy the variety by tasting them for the first time or savoring those you already know.
At Specto, through the lunch and special menu, Chef Morris Clip will reveal the subtleties of cooking achieved with the Japanese BBQ. At Grand Café, the beef tataki will be highlighted. Sake and other seasonal flavors will inspire new combinations for our team at Um Plateau bar.
