The aim of this guided tour of Esch is to uncover the history of the capital of the Terres Rouges. For too long the history of Esch has been reduced to that of the Minett, the southern-most region of Luxembourg, mostly characterised by industry. Yet Esch is a city with a remarkable past that is just waiting to be discovered.

The tour, which focuses on the period around 1900, offers an evocative journey into the Belle Epoque. You will be guided right into the city centre and key sites in the surrounding neighbourhoods.
