Join us for an evening of relaxation, energy, and connection with our Yoga & Wine event on April 23rd, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm!
Yoga classes are led by Véronique Scheer, an experienced instructor with 10 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, barre, and aerial yoga. Known for blending Eastern wisdom with Western techniques, Véronique offers a variety of classes accessible to all levels.
This all-levels class combines dynamic Vinyasa Flow with deep stretching to create a balanced, energizing yet grounding Yin-Yang experience.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you have blocks or a yoga belt, feel free to bring them, even though the class is designed to be accessible without props.
