«Good Stuff, The Pleasure Principle» by Bruno Peinado at Mudam
As part of the operation “Un été pas comme les autres”, Paperjam offers to discover a work currently exhibited in Luxembourg. This week, let's explore Bruno Peinado's work, “Good Stuff, The Pleasure Principle” (2010), exhibited at Mudam.
For its summer exhibition, the Mudam offers visitors to (re) discover works from its collection. “Hier, aujourd’hui, demain: Œuvres de la collection Mudam” presents large format video installations on three levels, as well as a selection of paintings and sculptures highlighting the unique architectural setting of the museum. The common thread stretched between the works is also a back and forth between past and present, an emphasis on how works of art are anchored in a historical perspective while remaining subject to re-evaluation depending on the period to which they are presented.
