Events are essential
Events are essential
There is a lot of talk among our neighbors about “essential” sectors or businesses. Concert halls, restaurants and bars are not among them. But we have another point of view on the subject

1. A social need
A little reminder of the economy or marketing class. This dear American psychologist, Maslow, has created a pyramid of the needs of the Human Being, the needs that we all have in common. All built-in 5 levels, and it starts by feeding at the first level, so far so good? 🤓
So now guess what's on the third level of Maslow's pyramid? "Social belonging", the fact of being part of a group, sharing moments, interacting... The event is what connects people: going to a restaurant, having a drink on the terrace, going to a museum! 🧑🤝🧑
2. Meeting new people
How is it essential to meet new people? It's simple: you meet a person, you become friends, or more if affinities!
A script from an American romantic movie or not, ask your parents how they met and you'll see that we got it right darling 😁
3. Forget about all the issues of everyday life
Overwork is the enemy that lurks in the shadows and, just like that, without realizing it, BOOM! Burn-out is here! 🔥
According to the Luxembourgish Ministry of Health, in 2019 "mental and behavioral disorders constituted 16.4% of the sick leave of resident employees" (if you want to know more read this article).
Going out and thinking about something else is essential for your morale, for your mental and physical health! It allows you to take time just for yourself. And we know that to be good with yourself is to be good with others. Everybody wins in fact! Even Cinderella went to the ball! It is to say! 🥿
4. Bringing a whole sector to life
Don't forget that the event is about artists and a lot of passionate jobs... Not to attend it any more would be to forget the sacrifices they made for us, to entertain us!

Our advice to continue to enjoy it, responsibly and safely :
Can't go clubbing anymore? Favor heated terraces at the end of the day before going to have dinner at the restaurant. In a Happy Hour mode, that way, you avoid the frustration of not being able to move your booty on the dance floor. 🕺 Pssst, we avoid the peanuts and pretzels which are not covid compliant (think about the fingers you lick before picking more pretzels in the pot... not a good idea).
During a concert in a small bar, wash your hands between two songs if possible and bring your own cup if you can (moreover it's more ecological) 🌱
A large group of friends meeting at the restaurant? Separate it into 2 groups of 2 tables and switch: example: for the dish, John and Jake will be at table 1, and for the dessert, they'll go to table 2. A bit like musical chairs you see? 🙂
An autumn picnic it's very cool! Go get a little takeaway and picnic in the park with a little blanket on a bench with a colleague. We love it! That's way we continue to keep the little business alive and have a good time between noon, isn't it beautiful? 🍂
...and what's going on in your city?
