In light of the International Women’s Day, we wanted to put a spotlight on a couple of local business owners, role models and SuperHeros. Determined, enthusiastic, relentless, creative, strong… we could easily run out of words to describe them. One thing’s for sure, you should definitely know about them !

Christiane managed to build a real institution in Luxembourg: Domino, the toy shop that celebrated its 30th birthday in October. 🎲
You’ll find plenty of gifts in her shop, but the real gift is here generosity. She spoils her loyal customers. She organises board game nights to make sure even the grown-ups can enjoy and have fun. But most importantly she often organizes actions to support associations dedicated to ill kids. Christiane is a real altruist, patient, caring, and always willing to support.

And yes, of course, the cocktails are outrageously fantastic, and the food is amaaaaazballs. But that’s only the tip of the iceberg. A big component of their success is the soul of the establishment: the warrior boss Gwendolyne and the renletless barmaid Agostina.
The lady of the house did not only brilliantly manage the restaurant all through the crisis but also her hotel. She juggles with any curveball life can throw and all that while making sure everything remains perfect, from the deco to the menu.
When it comes to Agostina let’s put it in a simple way: She is the ray of golden sun ☀️ you look for when you’re going for a drink after a tough day at work. Super energetic, she has one hand on the shaker and the other one in the fridge, all that while serving your dishes and cracking jokes at the same time. This, just because she cares and wants you to enjoy as much as possible.
