To begin with, we'd like to introduce you to Fabrique Givrée, located in the ZAC d'Augny, the home of a completely mad chef 🧑🏻🍳 who draws his inspiration from the Ardèche. Frozen cocktails, gourmet ice creams (especially the one with Ardèche chestnut cream), XXL pots, hilarious sorbets... There's enough to blow your guts out with the many nuggets from the creators!
We highly recommend the "chat perché" cup 😻 with its roasted pistachio, roasted peanut, fresh thyme, apricot and cat's tongue ice cream! A real treat! For something a little more refreshing, the basil raspberry iced cocktail is to die for 🌿!

As well as having flavors each more delicious than the next, your frozen treat will be served to you in the form of flower petals, with the cone as a crunchy stem.
You can visit the ice cream parlour at Auchan Cloche d'Or 🇱🇺. If you're on the other side of the border, you can sample the ice creams in downtown Thionville 🇫🇷.
A word of advice: don't take too long to post them to your Instagram story, the roses wilt even faster than the real thing! Don't say you've got ice cream all over your hands afterward!

You absolutely must try their speciality, the "esquiboules", a real delight straight from the ice floe: you choose an ice cream with the flavor of your choice in farm milk and you add a crunchy chocolate topping 🍫 (white, milk, or dark) on top! The true recipe for happiness! For special occasions, toppings can be added.
You can even stop by (or have a few chocolate pieces delivered). Pssst, there are even chocolate champagne bottles, have you ever seen that?
