Meditative walk in the forest with Forest Bathing at 9:30 am. We will walk slowly, partly individually, partly in the energy field of the group (in silence). We try to observe nature on one hand and our thoughts-feelings-sensations on the other hand, in this unusual experience, close to nature.
Two times 10 minutes of silence close to the trees, exchange of experiences in walking back to the start. Bring appropriate shoes and clothes for the weather.
Meeting point: railway platform of Leudelange Gare.
